EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

EXHIBIT INFORMATION:

  • The Exhibit area is set for tabletop exhibits. Each exhibit space includes a 6' table and chair. Stand alone signage is allowed, as long as it fits behind your table.
  • One Full Conference registration is included in the booth fee for the person who will setup your booth and attend the CFHA Conference. 
  • Exhibitor acknowledgement in Conference materials and on CFHA Conference web page.
  • Set up at 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 19. Move out at 3:45 PM on Saturday, October 21.

Please note:

  • Exhibit space will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required to confirm reservation.
  • Exhibit spaces will be assigned by CFHA.
  • The exhibit fee does not include utilities; an order form will be provided prior to the Conference.
  • Conference registration may not be split between 2 or more people. Additional representatives must register to attend the Conference at the prevailing price.
  • Registration includes admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions, reception, lunches, refreshments, and materials.

EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES 

  • $1,750 – Nonmember
  • $1,250 - CFHA Professional Member
  • $1,000 – CFHA Organizational Member
  • Fees increase by $100 after October 1, if space is available.

SET-UP & MOVE-OUT

  • Setup at 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 19
  • Move-out at 3:45 PM on Saturday, October 21

DISPLAY HOURS

  • Thursday, October 19 – 1:30 to 7:00 PM
  • Friday, October 20 – 9:45 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday, October 21 – 9:45 AM to 2:45 PM

HOW TO REGISTER

  • Complete the Exhibitor Registration form online
  • Exhibit registration will open March 1, 2017.
  • Space is limited! Booths will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
  • Payment is required at time of registration to confirm reservation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no refunds for exhibit booth cancellations. Payments will be applied toward sponsorship of the CFHA Conference.

The CFHA Job Fair is a component at the 2017 Conference in which employers and recruiters can share career information and meet face to face with potential employees. Job seekers have the opportunity to ask questions about the positions available.
