CFHA Job Fair PLUS Advertising
This event will be held in conjunction with the CFHA Conference -- October 19-21, 2017 -- at The Royal Sonesta Galleria Hotel in Houston, Texas.
The event is not open to the public; registration for the CFHA Conference is required for individuals who wish to display or visit the CFHA Job Fair.

Job Fair Display PLUS Advertising Fee: $500. The fee includes:
- One 6-ft. long rectangular display table and 1chairs.
- One full-page display ad (1-color) in our final Conference Program Workbook.
- An advertisement on the CFHA Conference mobile application.
Admission for your display personnel is NOT included; Conference registration is required for display personnel.
Job Fair Display Setup: Friday, October 20, 2017 -- 7:30 to 8:30 AM
Job Fair Display Hours: Friday, October 20, 2017 – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Fair Display Move-out: Displays should remain in place until Friday at 5:30 PM. All items must be removed no later than 6:00 PM.
Location: The Job Fair will be located in close proximity to the registration desk, plenary sessions and lunch.
A maximum of 15 Job Fair display spaces will be available for purchase on a first come, first served basis.
The Job Fair fee does not include admission for your display personnel. A Full Conference or Friday Only registration must be purchased in addition to the Job Fair display space.
Electrical access must be ordered in advance and purchased separately. Wireless internet is provided by CFHA.
